Proverbs 1:26-31

26I will also 1laugh at your 2calamity; I will mock when your 3dread comes,27When your dread comes like a storm And your calamity comes like a 4whirlwind, When distress and anguish come upon you.28Then they will 5call on me, but I will not answer; They will 6seek me diligently but they will not find me,29Because they 7hated knowledge And did not choose the fear of the Lord.30They 8would not accept my counsel, They spurned all my reproof.31So they shall 9eat of the fruit of their own way And be 10satiated with their own devices.
