Philippians 3:8-14
8More than that, I count all things to be loss 1in view of the surpassing value of 23knowing 4Christ Jesus my Lord, 5for whom I have suffered the loss of all things, and count them but rubbish so that I may gain Christ, 9and may be found in Him, not having 6a righteousness of my own derived from the Law, but that which is through faith in Christ, 7the righteousness which comes from God on the basis of faith, 10that I may 8know Him and 9the power of His resurrection and 1011the fellowship of His sufferings, being 12conformed to His death; 1113in order that I may 14attain to the resurrection from the dead.
12Not that I have already 15obtained it or have already 16become perfect, but I press on 17so that I may 18lay hold of that 19for which also I 20was laid hold of by 21Christ Jesus. 13Brethren, I do not regard myself as having laid hold of it yet; but one thing I do: 22forgetting what lies behind and reaching forward to what lies ahead, 14I 23press on toward the goal for the prize of the 24upward call of God in 25Christ Jesus.
