Matthew 12:14-21

14But the Pharisees went out and 12conspired against Him, as to how they might destroy Him.

15But Jesus, 3aware of this, withdrew from there. Many followed Him, and 4He healed them all, 16and 5warned them not to 6tell who He was. 17This was to fulfill what was spoken through Isaiah the prophet:18“7Behold, My 8Servant whom I 9have chosen; 10My Beloved in whom My soul 11is well-pleased; 12I will put My Spirit upon Him, 13And He shall proclaim 14justice to the 15Gentiles.1916He will not quarrel, nor cry out; Nor will anyone hear His voice in the streets.2017A battered reed He will not break off, And a smoldering wick He will not put out, Until He 18leads 19justice to victory.2120And in His name the 21Gentiles will hope.”
