Luke 19:38-44
38shouting: “1Blessed is the 2King who comes in the name of the Lord; Peace in heaven and 3glory in the highest!” 394Some of the Pharisees 5in the crowd said to Him, “Teacher, rebuke Your disciples.” 40But Jesus answered, “I tell you, if these become silent, 6the stones will cry out!”
41When He approached Jerusalem, He saw the city and 7wept over it, 42saying, “If you had known in this day, even you, the things which make for peace! But now they have been hidden from your eyes. 43For the days will come upon you 8when your enemies will 9throw up a 10barricade against you, and 11surround you and hem you in on every side, 44and they will level you to the ground and your children within you, and 12they will not leave in you one stone upon another, because you did not recognize 13the time of your visitation.”
