Job 36:27-33
27For 1He draws up the drops of water, They distill rain from 2the 3mist,28Which the clouds pour down, They drip upon man abundantly.29Can anyone understand the 4spreading of the clouds, The 5thundering of His 6pavilion?30Behold, He spreads His 7lightning about Him, And He covers the depths of the sea.31For by these He 8judges peoples; He 9gives food in abundance.32He covers His hands with the 10lightning, And 11commands it to strike the mark.33Its 12noise declares 13His presence; The cattle also, concerning what is coming up.
