Job 13:13-19
13“1Be silent before me so that I may speak; Then let come on me what may.14Why should I take my flesh in my teeth And 2put my life in my 3hands?154Though He slay me, I will hope in Him. Nevertheless I 5will argue my ways 6before Him.16This also will be my 7salvation, For 8a godless man may not come before His presence.17Listen carefully to my speech, And let my declaration fill your ears.18Behold now, I have 9prepared my case; I know that 10I will be vindicated.1911Who will contend with me? For then I would be silent and 12die.
