Jeremiah 18:15-17

15For 1My people have forgotten Me, 2They burn incense 3to worthless gods And they 4have stumbled 5from their ways, 6From the 7ancient paths, To walk in bypaths, Not on a 8highway,16To make their land a 9desolation, An object of perpetual 10hissing; Everyone who passes by it will be astonished And 11shake his head.17Like an 12east wind I will 13scatter them Before the enemy; I will 14show them 15My back and not My face 16In the day of their calamity.’”
