James 4:5-8
5Or do you think that the Scripture 1speaks to no purpose: “2He 3jealously desires 4the Spirit which He has made to dwell in us”?
6But 5He gives a greater grace. Therefore it says, “6God is opposed to the proud, but gives grace to the humble.”
77Submit therefore to God. 8Resist the devil and he will flee from you.
89Draw near to God and He will draw near to you. 10Cleanse your hands, you sinners; and 11purify your hearts, you 12double-minded.
