Habakkuk 1:2-4
21How long, O Lord, will I call for help, And You will not hear? I cry out to You, “Violence!” Yet You do 2not save.3Why do You make me 3see iniquity, And cause me to look on wickedness? Yes, 4destruction and violence are before me; 5Strife exists and contention arises.4Therefore the 6law is 7ignored And justice 8is never upheld. For the wicked 9surround the righteous; Therefore justice comes out 10perverted.
