Galatians 1:6-12

6I am amazed that you are so quickly deserting 1Him who called you 2by the grace of Christ, for a 3different gospel; 7which is really not another; only there are some who are 4disturbing you and want to distort the gospel of Christ. 8But even if we, or 5an angel from heaven, should preach to you a gospel 6contrary to what we have preached to you, he is to be 7 8accursed! 9As we 9have said before, so I say again now, 10if any man is preaching to you a gospel 11contrary to what you received, he is to be 12 13accursed!

10For am I now 14seeking the favor of men, or of God? Or am I striving to please men? If I were still trying to please men, I would not be a 15bond-servant of Christ.

11For 16I would have you know, brethren, that the gospel which was preached by me is 17not according to man. 12For 18I neither received it from man, nor was I taught it, but I received it through a 19revelation of Jesus Christ.
