Galatians 1:11-16

11For 1I would have you know, brethren, that the gospel which was preached by me is 2not according to man. 12For 3I neither received it from man, nor was I taught it, but I received it through a 4revelation of Jesus Christ.

13For you have heard of 5my former manner of life in Judaism, how I 6used to persecute 7the church of God beyond measure and 8tried to destroy it; 14and I 9was advancing in Judaism beyond many of my contemporaries among my 10countrymen, being more extremely zealous for my 11ancestral traditions. 15But when God, who had set me apart even from my mother’s womb and 12called me through His grace, was pleased 16to reveal His Son in me so that I might 13preach Him among the Gentiles, 14I did not immediately consult with 15 16flesh and blood,
