New American Standard Bible 1995
2 Timothy 2:1-4
1You therefore, my 12son, 3be strong in the grace that is in 4Christ Jesus.
2The things 5which you have heard from me in the presence of 6many witnesses, 7entrust these to 8faithful men who will be 9able to teach others also.
310Suffer hardship with me, as a good 11soldier of 12Christ Jesus.
4No soldier in active service 13entangles himself in the affairs of everyday life, so that he may please the one who enlisted him as a soldier.
