2 Peter 1:17-21

17For when He received honor and glory from God the Father, such an 12utterance as this was 3made to Him by the 4Majestic Glory, “This is My beloved Son with whom I am well-pleased”-- 18and we ourselves heard this 5utterance made from heaven when we were with Him on the 6holy mountain.

197So we have 8the prophetic word made more 9sure, to which you do well to pay attention as to 10a lamp shining in a dark place, until the 11day dawns and the 12morning star arises 13in your hearts. 20But 14know this first of all, that 15no prophecy of Scripture is a matter of one’s own interpretation, 21for 16no prophecy was ever made by an act of human will, but men 17moved by the Holy Spirit spoke from God.
