1 Thessalonians 2:14-16
14For you, brethren, became 1imitators of 2the churches of God in Christ Jesus that are 3in Judea, for 4you also endured the same sufferings at the hands of your own countrymen, 5even as they did from the Jews, 156who both killed the Lord Jesus and 7the prophets, and 8drove us out. 9They are not pleasing to God, 10but hostile to all men, 1611hindering us from speaking to the Gentiles 12so that they may be saved; with the result that they always 13fill up the measure of their sins. But 14wrath has come upon them 15to the utmost.
