1 Kings 12:31-33
31And 1he made houses on high places, and 2made priests from among 3all the people who were not of the sons of Levi.
32Jeroboam 4instituted a feast in the eighth month on the fifteenth day of the month, 5like the feast which is in Judah, and he 6went up to the altar; thus he did in Bethel, sacrificing to the calves which he had made. And he stationed in Bethel 7the priests of the high places which he had made.
33Then he 8went up to the altar which he had made in Bethel on the fifteenth day in the eighth month, even in the month which he had 910devised 11in his own heart; and he 12instituted a feast for the sons of Israel and 13went up to the altar 14to burn 15incense.
