Corinthians 1:26-31
For 1consider your 2calling, brethren, that there were 3not many wise according to 4the flesh, not many mighty, not many noble;
but 5God has chosen the foolish things of 6the world to shame the wise, and God has chosen the weak things of 7the world to shame the things which are strong,
and the base things of 8the world and the despised God has chosen, 9the things that are not, so that He may 10nullify the things that are,
so that 11no 12man may boast before God.
But 13by His doing you are in 14Christ Jesus, who became to us 15wisdom from God, 16and 17righteousness and 18sanctification, and 19redemption,
so that, just as it is written, “20Let him who boasts, boast in the Lord.”
