10And the sonבֶּן־ben-H1121of an IsraelitishH3482womanאִשָּׁ֣ה'i.ShahH802,whose fatherבֶּן־ben-H1121wasan Egyptianאִ֣ישׁ מִצְרִ֔י'ish mitz.RiH4713 H376,went outוַיֵּצֵא֙vai.ye.Tze'H3318amongבְּת֖וֹךְbe.TokhH8432the childrenבְּנֵ֣יbe.NeiH1121of Israelיִשְׂרָאֵ֑לYis.ra.'ElH3481 H3478:and this sonבֶּ֚ןbenH1121of the IsraelitishH3482womanand a manוְאִ֖ישׁve.'IshH376of IsraelH3478strove togetherוַיִּנָּצוּ֙vai.yi.na.TzuH5327in the campבַּֽמַּחֲנֶ֔הba.ma.cha.NehH4264;

11And the IsraelitishH3482woman’sהָֽאִשָּׁ֨הha.'i.ShahH802sonבֶּן־ben-H1121blasphemedוַ֠יִּקֹּבvai.yi.koH5344the nameהַשֵּׁם֙ha.ShemH8034of the Lord,and cursedוַיְקַלֵּ֔לvay.ka.LelH7043.And they broughtוַיָּבִ֥יאוּvai.ya.Vi.'uH935him unto Mosesמֹשֶׁ֑הmo.ShehH4872: (and his mother’sאִמּ֛וֹ'i.MoH517nameוְשֵׁ֥םve.ShemH8034wasShelomithשְׁלֹמִ֥יתshe.lo.MitH8019,the daughterבַּת־bat-H1323of Dibriדִּבְרִ֖יdiv.RiH1704,of the tribeלְמַטֵּה־le.ma.teh-H4294of Danדָֽן׃DanH1835:)

12And they putH3240him in wardבַּמִּשְׁמָ֑רba.mish.MarH4929,that the mindפִּ֥יpiH6310of the Lordיְהוָֽה׃ פYah.wehH3068might be shewedלִפְרֹ֥שׁlif.RoshH6567them.

13And the Lordיְהוָ֖הYah.wehH3068spakeוַיְדַבֵּ֥רvay.da.BerH1696unto Mosesמֹשֶׁ֥הmo.ShehH4872,sayingלֵּאמֹֽר׃le.MorH559,

14Bring forthהוֹצֵ֣אho.Tze'H3318him that hath cursedהַֽמְקַלֵּ֗לham.ka.LelH7043withoutמִחוּץ֙mi.ChutzH2351the campלַֽמַּחֲנֶ֔הla.ma.cha.NehH4264;and let all that heardהַשֹּׁמְעִ֛יםha.sho.me.'ImH8085himlayוְסָמְכ֧וּve.sa.me.KhuH5564their handsיְדֵיהֶ֖םye.dei.HemH3027upon his headרֹאשׁ֑וֹro.ShoH7218,and let all the congregationהָעֵדָֽה׃ha.'e.DahH5712stoneוְרָגְמ֥וּve.rag.MuH7275him.

15And thou shalt speakתְּדַבֵּ֣רte.da.BerH1696unto the childrenבְּנֵ֥יbe.NeiH1121of Israelיִשְׂרָאֵ֖לYis.ra.'ElH3478,sayingלֵאמֹ֑רle.MorH559,WhosoeverH376cursethכִּֽי־ יְקַלֵּ֥לki- ye.ka.LelH7043 H3588his Godאֱלֹהָ֖יו'e.lo.HavH430shall bearוְנָשָׂ֥אve.na.Sa'H5375his sinחֶטְאֽוֹ׃chet.'OH2399.

16And he that blasphemethוְנֹקֵ֤בve.no.KevH5344the nameשֵׁם־shem-H8034of the Lordיְהוָה֙Yah.wehH3068,he shall surelyמ֣וֹתMotH4191be put to deathיוּמָ֔תyu.MatH4191, andall the congregationהָעֵדָ֑הha.'e.DahH5712shall certainlyרָג֥וֹםra.GomH7275stoneיִרְגְּמוּ־yir.ge.mu-H7275him: as well the strangerכַּגֵּר֙ka.GerH1616,as he that is born in the landכָּֽאֶזְרָ֔חka.'ez.RachH249,when he blasphemethבְּנָקְבוֹ־be.nak.vo-H5344the nameשֵׁ֖םshemH8034of the Lord,shall be put to deathיוּמָֽת׃yu.MatH4191.

17And heוְאִ֕ישׁve.'IshH376that killethיַכֶּ֖הya.KehH5221anyנֶ֣פֶשׁNe.feshH5315manאָדָ֑ם'a.DamH120shall surelyמ֖וֹתMotH4191be put to deathיוּמָֽת׃yu.MatH4191.

18And he that killethוּמַכֵּ֥הu.ma.KehH5221a beastנֶֽפֶשׁ־ בְּהֵמָ֖הne.fesh- be.he.MahH929 H5315shall make it goodיְשַׁלְּמֶ֑נָּהye.shal.le.Me.nahH7999;beastנֶ֖פֶשׁNe.feshH5315for beastנָֽפֶשׁ׃Na.feshH5315.

19And if a manוְאִ֕ישׁve.'IshH376causeיִתֵּ֥ןyi.TenH5414a blemishמ֖וּםmumH3971in his neighbourבַּעֲמִית֑וֹba.'a.mi.ToH5997;as he hath doneעָשָׂ֔ה'a.SahH6213,so shall it be doneיֵעָ֥שֶׂהye.'A.sehH6213to him;

20Breachשֶׁ֚בֶרShe.verH7667for breachשֶׁ֔בֶרShe.verH7667,eyeעַ֚יִן'A.yinH5869for eyeעַ֔יִן'A.yinH5869,toothשֵׁ֖ןshenH8127for toothשֵׁ֑ןShenH8127:as he hath causedיִתֵּ֥ןyi.TenH5414a blemishמוּם֙mumH3971in a manבָּֽאָדָ֔םba.'a.DamH120,so shall it be doneיִנָּ֥תֶןyi.Na.tenH5414to him again.

21And he that killethוּמַכֵּ֥הu.ma.KehH5221a beastבְהֵמָ֖הve.he.MahH929,he shall restoreיְשַׁלְּמֶ֑נָּהye.shal.le.Me.nahH7999it: and he that killethוּמַכֵּ֥הu.ma.KehH5221a manאָדָ֖ם'a.DamH120,he shall be put to deathיוּמָֽת׃yu.MatH4191.

22Ye shall have oneאֶחָד֙'e.ChadH259manner of lawמִשְׁפַּ֤טmish.PatH4941,as well for the strangerכַּגֵּ֥רka.GerH1616,as for one of your own countryכָּאֶזְרָ֖חka.'ez.RachH249: for I amthe Lordיְהוָ֖הYah.wehH3068your Godאֱלֹהֵיכֶֽם׃'e.lo.hei.KhemH430.

23And Mosesמֹשֶׁה֮mo.ShehH4872spakeוַיְדַבֵּ֣רvay.da.BerH1696to the childrenבְּנֵ֣יbe.NeiH1121of Israelיִשְׂרָאֵל֒Yis.ra.'ElH3478,that they should bring forthוַיּוֹצִ֣יאוּvai.yo.Tzi.'uH3318him that had cursedהַֽמְקַלֵּ֗לham.ka.LelH7043outמִחוּץ֙mi.ChutzH2351of the campלַֽמַּחֲנֶ֔הla.ma.cha.NehH4264,and stoneוַיִּרְגְּמ֥וּvai.yir.ge.MuH7275him with stonesאָ֑בֶן'A.venH68.And the childrenוּבְנֵֽי־u.ve.nei-H1121of Israelיִשְׂרָאֵ֣לYis.ra.'ElH3478didעָשׂ֔וּ'a.SuH6213as the Lordיְהוָ֖הYah.wehH3068commandedצִוָּ֥הtzi.VahH6680Mosesמֹשֶֽׁה׃ פmo.ShehH4872.
