13And he shall putוְנָתַ֧ןve.na.TanH5414the incenseהַקְּטֹ֛רֶתha.ke.To.retH7004upon the fireהָאֵ֖שׁha.'EshH784beforeלִפְנֵ֣יlif.NeiH6440the Lordיְהוָ֑הYah.wehH3068,that the cloudעֲנַ֣ן'a.NanH6051of the incenseהַקְּטֹ֗רֶתha.ke.To.retH7004may coverוְכִסָּ֣ה׀ve.khi.SahH3680the mercy seatהַכַּפֹּ֛רֶתha.ka.Po.retH3727that isupon the testimonyהָעֵד֖וּתha.'e.DutH5715,that he dieיָמֽוּת׃ya.MutH4191not:
14And he shall takeוְלָקַח֙ve.la.KachH3947of the bloodמִדַּ֣םmi.DamH1818of the bullockהַפָּ֔רha.ParH6499,and sprinkleוְהִזָּ֧הve.hi.ZahH5137itwith his fingerבְאֶצְבָּע֛וֹve.'etz.ba.'OH676upon the mercy seatהַכַּפֹּ֖רֶתha.ka.Po.retH3727eastwardקֵ֑דְמָהKe.de.mahH6924;and beforeH6440the mercy seatהַכַּפֹּ֗רֶתha.ka.Po.retH3727shall he sprinkleיַזֶּ֧הya.ZehH5137of the bloodהַדָּ֖םha.DamH1818with his fingerבְּאֶצְבָּעֽוֹ׃be.'etz.ba.'OH676sevenשֶֽׁבַע־she.va'-H7651timesפְּעָמִ֛יםpe.'a.MimH6471.
15Then shall he killוְשָׁחַ֞טve.sha.ChatH7819the goatשְׂעִ֤ירse.'IrH8163of the sin offeringהַֽחַטָּאת֙ha.cha.taTH2403, that isfor the peopleלָעָ֔םla.'AmH5971,and bringוְהֵבִיא֙ve.he.Vi'H935his bloodדָּמ֔וֹda.MoH1818withinמִבֵּ֖יתmi.BeitH1004the vailלַפָּרֹ֑כֶתla.pa.Ro.khetH6532,and doוְעָשָׂ֣הve.'a.SahH6213with that bloodדָּמ֗וֹda.MoH1818as he didעָשָׂה֙'a.SahH6213with the bloodלְדַ֣םle.DamH1818of the bullockהַפָּ֔רha.ParH6499,and sprinkleוְהִזָּ֥הve.hi.ZahH5137it upon the mercy seatהַכַּפֹּ֖רֶתha.ka.Po.retH3727,and beforeוְלִפְנֵ֥יve.lif.NeiH6440the mercy seatהַכַּפֹּֽרֶת׃ha.ka.Po.retH3727:
16And he shall make an atonementוְכִפֶּ֣רve.khi.PerH3722for the holyהַקֹּ֗דֶשׁha.Ko.deshH6944place,because of the uncleannessמִטֻּמְאֹת֙mi.tum.'OtH2932of the childrenבְּנֵ֣יbe.NeiH1121of Israelיִשְׂרָאֵ֔לYis.ra.'ElH3478,and because of their transgressionsוּמִפִּשְׁעֵיהֶ֖םu.mi.pish.'ei.HemH6588in all their sinsחַטֹּאתָ֑םcha.to.TamH2403:and so shall he doיַעֲשֶׂה֙ya.'a.SehH6213for the tabernacleלְאֹ֣הֶלle.'O.helH168of the congregationמוֹעֵ֔דmo.'EdH4150,that remainethהַשֹּׁכֵ֣ןha.sho.KhenH7931among them in the midstבְּת֖וֹךְbe.TokhH8432of their uncleannessטֻמְאֹתָֽם׃tum.'o.TamH2932.
17And there shall be no manאָדָ֞ם'a.DamH120in the tabernacleבְּאֹ֣הֶלbe.'O.helH168of the congregationמוֹעֵ֗דmo.'EdH4150when he goethבְּבֹא֛וֹbe.vo.'OH935in to make an atonementלְכַפֵּ֥רle.kha.PerH3722in the holyבַּקֹּ֖דֶשׁba.Ko.deshH6944place,until he come outצֵאת֑וֹtze.ToH3318,and have made an atonementוְכִפֶּ֤רve.khi.PerH3722for himself, and for his householdבֵּית֔וֹbei.ToH1004,and for all the congregationקְהַ֥לke.HalH6951of Israelיִשְׂרָאֵֽל׃Yis.ra.'ElH3478.
18And he shall go outוְיָצָ֗אve.ya.Tza'H3318unto the altarהַמִּזְבֵּ֛חַha.miz.Be.achH4196that isbeforeלִפְנֵֽי־lif.nei-H6440the Lordיְהוָ֖הYah.wehH3068,and make an atonementוְכִפֶּ֣רve.khi.PerH3722for it; and shall takeוְלָקַ֞חve.la.KachH3947of the bloodמִדַּ֤םmi.DamH1818of the bullockהַפָּר֙ha.ParH6499,and of the bloodוּמִדַּ֣םu.mi.DamH1818of the goatהַשָּׂעִ֔ירha.sa.'IrH8163,and putוְנָתַ֛ןve.na.TanH5414itupon the hornsקַרְנ֥וֹתkar.NotH7161of the altarהַמִּזְבֵּ֖חַha.miz.Be.achH4196round aboutסָבִֽיב׃sa.VivH5439.
19And he shall sprinkleוְהִזָּ֨הve.hi.ZahH5137of the bloodהַדָּ֛םha.DamH1818upon it with his fingerבְּאֶצְבָּע֖וֹbe.'etz.ba.'OH676sevenשֶׁ֣בַעShe.va'H7651timesפְּעָמִ֑יםpe.'a.MimH6471,and cleanseוְטִהֲר֣וֹve.ti.ha.RoH2891it, and hallowוְקִדְּשׁ֔וֹve.ki.de.ShoH6942it from the uncleannessמִטֻּמְאֹ֖תmi.tum.'OtH2932of the childrenבְּנֵ֥יbe.NeiH1121of Israelיִשְׂרָאֵֽל׃Yis.ra.'ElH3478.
20And when he hath made an endוְכִלָּה֙ve.khi.LahH3615of reconcilingמִכַּפֵּ֣רmi.ka.PerH3722the holyהַקֹּ֔דֶשׁha.Ko.deshH6944place,and the tabernacleאֹ֥הֶל'O.helH168of the congregationמוֹעֵ֖דmo.'EdH4150,and the altarהַמִּזְבֵּ֑חַha.miz.Be.achH4196,he shall bringוְהִקְרִ֖יבve.hik.RivH7126the liveהֶחָֽי׃he.ChaiH2416goatהַשָּׂעִ֥ירha.sa.'IrH8163:
21And Aaronאַהֲרֹ֜ן'a.ha.RonH175shall layוְסָמַ֨ךְve.sa.MakhH5564bothשְׁתֵּ֣יshe.TeiH8147his handsיָדָ֗יוya.dovH3027upon the headרֹ֣אשׁroshH7218of the liveהַחַי֒ha.ChaiH2416goatהַשָּׂעִיר֮ha.sa.'IrH8163,and confessוְהִתְוַדָּ֣הve.hit.va.DahH3034over him all the iniquitiesעֲוֹנֹת֙'a.vo.NotH5771of the childrenבְּנֵ֣יbe.NeiH1121of Israelיִשְׂרָאֵ֔לYis.ra.'ElH3478,and all their transgressionsפִּשְׁעֵיהֶ֖םpish.'ei.HemH6588in all their sinsחַטֹּאתָ֑םcha.to.TamH2403,puttingוְנָתַ֤ןve.na.TanH5414them upon the headרֹ֣אשׁroshH7218of the goatהַשָּׂעִ֔ירha.sa.'IrH8163, and shall send himawayוְשִׁלַּ֛חve.shi.LachH7971by the handבְּיַד־be.yad-H3027of a fitעִתִּ֖י'i.TiH6261manאִ֥ישׁ'ishH376into the wildernessהַמִּדְבָּֽרָה׃ha.mid.Ba.rahH4057:
22And the goatהַשָּׂעִ֥ירha.sa.'IrH8163shall bearוְנָשָׂ֨אve.na.Sa'H5375upon him all their iniquitiesעֲוֹנֹתָ֖ם'a.vo.no.TamH5771unto a landאֶ֣רֶץ'E.retzH776not inhabitedגְּזֵרָ֑הge.ze.RahH1509:and he shall let goוְשִׁלַּ֥חve.shi.LachH7971the goatהַשָּׂעִ֖ירha.sa.'IrH8163in the wildernessבַּמִּדְבָּֽר׃ba.mid.BarH4057.
23And Aaronאַהֲרֹן֙'a.ha.RonH175shall comeוּבָ֤אu.Va'H935into the tabernacleאֹ֣הֶל'O.helH168of the congregationמוֹעֵ֔דmo.'EdH4150,and shall put offוּפָשַׁט֙u.fa.ShatH6584the linenהַבָּ֔דha.BadH906garmentsבִּגְדֵ֣יbig.DeiH899,which he put onלָבַ֖שׁla.VashH3847when he wentבְּבֹא֣וֹbe.vo.'OH935into the holyהַקֹּ֑דֶשׁha.Ko.deshH6944place,and shall leaveH3240them there:
24And he shall washוְרָחַ֨ץve.ra.ChatzH7364his fleshבְּשָׂר֤וֹbe.sa.RoH1320with waterבַמַּ֙יִם֙va.Ma.yimH4325in the holyקָד֔וֹשׁka.Do.oshH6918placeבְּמָק֣וֹםbe.ma.KomH4725,and put onוְלָבַ֖שׁve.la.VashH3847his garmentsבְּגָדָ֑יוbe.ga.DavH899,and come forthוְיָצָ֗אve.ya.Tza'H3318,and offerוְעָשָׂ֤הve.'a.SahH6213his burnt offeringעֹֽלָתוֹ֙o.la.ToH5930,and the burnt offeringעֹלַ֣ת'o.LatH5930of the peopleהָעָ֔םha.'AmH5971,and make an atonementוְכִפֶּ֥רve.khi.PerH3722for himself, and for the peopleהָעָֽם׃ha.'AmH5971.
26And he that let goוְהַֽמְשַׁלֵּ֤חַve.ham.sha.Le.achH7971the goatהַשָּׂעִיר֙ha.sa.'IrH8163for the scapegoatלַֽעֲזָאזֵ֔לla.'a.za.ZelH5799shall washיְכַבֵּ֣סye.kha.BesH3526his clothesבְּגָדָ֔יוbe.ga.DavH899,and batheוְרָחַ֥ץve.ra.ChatzH7364his fleshבְּשָׂר֖וֹbe.sa.RoH1320in waterבַּמָּ֑יִםba.Ma.yimH4325,and afterwardוְאַחֲרֵי־ve.'a.cha.rei-H310comeיָב֥וֹאya.Vo'H935into the campהַֽמַּחֲנֶֽה׃Ha.ma.cha.NehH4264.
27And the bullockפַּ֨רparH6499forthe sin offeringהַֽחַטָּ֜אתha.cha.TatH2403,and the goatשְׂעִ֣ירse.'IrH8163forthe sin offeringהַֽחַטָּ֗אתha.cha.TatH2403,whose bloodדָּמָם֙da.MamH1818was brought inהוּבָ֤אhu.Va'H935to make atonementלְכַפֵּ֣רle.kha.PerH3722in the holyבַּקֹּ֔דֶשׁba.Ko.deshH6944place, shall onecarry forthיוֹצִ֖יאyo.Tzi'H3318withoutמִח֣וּץmi.ChutzH2351the campלַֽמַּחֲנֶ֑הla.ma.cha.NehH4264;and they shall burnוְשָׂרְפ֣וּve.sa.re.FuH8313in the fireבָאֵ֔שׁva.'EshH784their skinsעֹרֹתָ֥ם'o.ro.TamH5785,and their fleshבְּשָׂרָ֖םbe.sa.RamH1320,and their dungפִּרְשָֽׁם׃pir.ShamH6569.
28And he that burnethוְהַשֹּׂרֵ֣ףve.ha.so.RefH8313them shall washיְכַבֵּ֣סye.kha.BesH3526his clothesבְּגָדָ֔יוbe.ga.DavH899,and batheוְרָחַ֥ץve.ra.ChatzH7364his fleshבְּשָׂר֖וֹbe.sa.RoH1320in waterבַּמָּ֑יִםba.Ma.yimH4325,and afterwardוְאַחֲרֵי־ve.'a.cha.rei-H310he shall comeיָב֥וֹאya.Vo'H935into the campהַֽמַּחֲנֶֽה׃Ha.ma.cha.NehH4264.
29And thisshall be a statuteלְחֻקַּ֣תle.chu.KatH2708for everעוֹלָ֑םo.LamH5769unto you: thatin the seventhהַ֠שְּׁבִיעִיHa.she.vi.'iH7637monthבַּחֹ֣דֶשׁba.Cho.deshH2320,on the tenthבֶּֽעָשׂ֨וֹרbe.'a.SorH6218dayof the monthלַחֹ֜דֶשׁla.Cho.deshH2320,ye shall afflictתְּעַנּ֣וּte.'a.NuH6031your soulsנַפְשֹֽׁתֵיכֶ֗םnaf.sho.tei.KhemH5315,and doתַעֲשׂ֔וּta.'a.SuH6213no workמְלָאכָה֙me.la.KhahH4399at all, whether it beone of your own countryהָֽאֶזְרָ֔חha.'ez.RachH249,or a strangerוְהַגֵּ֖רve.ha.GerH1616that sojournethהַגָּ֥רha.GarH1481amongבְּתוֹכְכֶֽם׃be.tokh.KhemH8432you:
32And the priestהַכֹּהֵ֜ןha.ko.HenH3548,whom he shall anointיִמְשַׁ֣חyim.ShachH4886,and whom he shall consecrateיְמַלֵּא֙ יָד֔וֹye.ma.Le' ya.DoH3027H4390to minister in the priest’s officeלְכַהֵ֖ןle.kha.HenH3547in his father’sאָבִ֑יו'a.VivH1stead, shall make the atonementוְכִפֶּ֨רve.khi.PerH3722,and shall put onוְלָבַ֛שׁve.la.VashH3847the linenהַבָּ֖דha.BadH906clothesבִּגְדֵ֥יbig.DeiH899, eventhe holyהַקֹּֽדֶשׁ׃ha.Ko.deshH6944garmentsבִּגְדֵ֥יbig.DeiH899:
