3And he broughtוַיָּבֵ֨יאvai.ya.Vei'H935me thither, and, behold, there wasa manאִישׁ֙'ishH376,whose appearanceמַרְאֵ֙הוּ֙mar.'E.huH4758waslike the appearanceכְּמַרְאֵ֣הke.mar.'EhH4758of brassנְחֹ֔שֶׁתne.Cho.shetH5178,with a lineוּפְתִיל־u.fe.til-H6616of flaxפִּשְׁתִּ֥יםpish.TimH6593in his handבְּיָד֖וֹbe.ya.DoH3027,and a measuringהַמִּדָּ֑הha.mi.DahH4060reedוּקְנֵ֣הu.ke.NehH7070;and he stoodעֹמֵ֖ד'o.MedH5975in the gateבַּשָּֽׁעַר׃ba.Sha.'arH8179.
4And the manהָאִ֗ישׁha.'IshH376saidוַיְדַבֵּ֨רvay.da.BerH1696unto me, Sonבֶּן־ben-H1121of manאָדָ֡ם'a.DamH120,beholdרְאֵ֣הre.'EhH7200with thine eyesבְעֵינֶיךָ֩ve.'ei.nei.KhaH5869,and hearשְּׁמָ֜עshe.Ma'H8085with thine earsוּבְאָזְנֶ֨יךָu.ve.'a.ze.Nei.khaH241,and setוְשִׂ֣יםve.SimH7760thine heartלִבְּךָ֗li.be.KhaH3820upon all that I shall shewמַרְאֶ֣הmar.'EhH7200thee; for to the intentלְמַ֥עַןle.Ma.'anH4616that I might shewהַרְאוֹתְכָ֖הhar.'ot.KhahH7200them unto thee artthou broughtהֻבָ֣אתָהhu.Va.tahH935hither: declareהַגֵּ֛דha.GedH5046all that thou seestרֹאֶ֖הro.'EhH7200to the houseלְבֵ֥יתle.VeitH1004of Israelיִשְׂרָאֵֽל׃Yis.ra.'ElH3478.
5And behold a wallחוֹמָ֛הcho.MahH2346on the outsideמִח֥וּץmi.ChutzH2351of the houseלַבַּ֖יִתla.Ba.yitH1004round aboutH5439,and in the man’sהָאִ֜ישׁha.'IshH376handוּבְיַ֨דu.ve.YadH3027a measuringהַמִּדָּ֗הha.mi.DahH4060reedקְנֵ֣הke.NehH7070of sixשֵׁשׁ־shesh-H8337cubitsאַמּ֤וֹת'a.MotH520longby the cubitבָּֽאַמָּה֙ba.'a.MahH520and an hand breadthוָטֹ֔פַחva.To.fachH2948:so he measuredוַיָּ֜מָדvai.Ya.modH4058the breadthרֹ֤חַבRo.chavH7341of the buildingהַבִּנְיָן֙ha.bin.YanH1146,oneאֶחָ֔ד'e.ChadH259reedקָנֶ֣הka.NehH7070;and the heightוְקוֹמָ֖הve.ko.MahH6967,oneאֶחָֽד׃'e.ChadH259reedקָנֶ֥הka.NehH7070.
6Then cameוַיָּב֗וֹאvai.ya.Vo'H935he unto the gateשַׁ֙עַר֙sha.'arH8179which lookethפָּנָיו֙pa.NavH6440towardדֶּ֣רֶךְDe.rekhH1870the eastהַקָּדִ֔ימָהha.ka.Di.mahH6921,and went upוַיַּ֖עַלvai.Ya.'alH5927the stairsבְּמַֽעֲלוֹתָ֑יוbe.ma.'a.lo.tovH4609thereof, and measuredוַיָּ֣מָד׀vai.Ya.modH4058the thresholdסַ֣ףsafH5592of the gateהַשַּׁ֗עַרha.Sha.'arH8179, which wasoneאֶחָד֙'e.ChadH259reedקָנֶ֤הka.NehH7070broadרֹ֔חַבRo.chavH7341;and the otherאֶחָ֔ד'e.ChadH259thresholdסַ֣ףsafH5592of the gate, which wasoneאֶחָ֖ד'e.ChadH259reedקָנֶ֥הka.NehH7070broadרֹֽחַב׃Ro.chavH7341.
7And everylittle chamberוְהַתָּ֗אve.ha.Ta'H8372wasoneאֶחָ֥ד'e.ChadH259reedקָנֶ֨הka.NehH7070longאֹ֙רֶךְ֙'o.rekhH753,and oneאֶחָד֙'e.ChadH259reedוְקָנֶ֤הve.ka.NehH7070broadרֹ֔חַבRo.chavH7341;and between the little chambersהַתָּאִ֖יםha.ta.'ImH8372werefiveחָמֵ֣שׁcha.MeshH2568cubitsאַמּ֑וֹת'a.MotH520;and the thresholdוְסַ֣ףve.SafH5592of the gateהַ֠שַּׁעַרHa.sha.'arH8179byמֵאֵ֨צֶלme.'E.tzelH681the porchאוּלָ֥ם'u.LamH197of the gateהַשַּׁ֛עַרha.Sha.'arH8179withinמֵֽהַבַּ֖יִתme.ha.Ba.yitH1004wasoneאֶחָֽד׃'e.ChadH259reedקָנֶ֥הka.NehH7070.
9Then measuredוַיָּ֜מָדvai.Ya.modH4058he the porchאֻלָ֤ם'u.LamH197of the gateהַשַּׁ֙עַר֙ha.Sha.'arH8179,eightשְׁמֹנֶ֣הshe.mo.NehH8083cubitsאַמּ֔וֹת'a.MotH520;and the postsוְאֵילָ֖יוve.'ei.lovH352thereof, twoשְׁתַּ֣יִםshe.Ta.yimH8147cubitsאַמּ֑וֹת'a.MotH520;and the porchוְאֻלָ֥םve.'u.LamH197of the gateהַשַּׁ֖עַרha.Sha.'arH8179wasinwardמֵהַבָּֽיִת׃me.ha.Ba.yitH1004.

13He measuredוַיָּ֣מָדvai.Ya.modH4058then the gateהַשַּׁ֗עַרha.Sha.'arH8179from the roofמִגַּ֤גmi.GagH1406of onelittle chamberהַתָּא֙ha.Ta'H8372to the roofלְגַגּ֔וֹle.ga.GoH1406of another: the breadthרֹ֕חַבRo.chavH7341wasfiveוְחָמֵ֖שׁve.cha.MeshH2568and twentyעֶשְׂרִ֥ים'es.RimH6242cubitsאַמּ֑וֹת'a.MotH520,doorפֶּ֖תַחPe.tachH6607against doorפָּֽתַח׃Pa.tachH6607.
