18And Manassehמְנַשֶּׁה֙me.na.ShehH4519sleptוַיִּשְׁכַּ֤בvai.yish.KavH7901with his fathersאֲבֹתָ֔יו'a.vo.TavH1,and was buriedוַיִּקָּבֵ֥רvai.yi.ka.VerH6912in the gardenבְּגַן־be.gan-H1588of his own houseבֵּית֖וֹbei.ToH1004,in the gardenבְּגַן־be.gan-H1588of Uzzaעֻזָּ֑א'u.Za'H5798:and Amonאָמ֥וֹן'a.MonH526his sonבְּנ֖וֹbe.NoH1121reignedוַיִּמְלֹ֛ךְvai.yim.LokhH4427in his stead.

19Amonאָמ֣וֹן'a.MonH526wastwentyעֶשְׂרִ֨ים'es.RimH6242and twoוּשְׁתַּ֤יִםu.she.Ta.yimH8147yearsשָׁנָה֙sha.NahH8141oldבֶּן־ben-H1121when he began to reignבְּמָלְכ֔וֹbe.ma.le.KhoH4427,and he reignedמָלַ֖ךְma.LakhH4427twoוּשְׁתַּ֣יִםu.she.Ta.yimH8147yearsשָׁנִ֔יםsha.NimH8141in Jerusalemבִּירוּשָׁלִָ֑םbi.ru.sha.LimH3389.And his mother’sאִמּ֔וֹ'i.MoH517nameוְשֵׁ֣םve.ShemH8034wasMeshullemethמְשֻׁלֶּ֥מֶתme.shu.Le.metH4922,the daughterבַּת־bat-H1323of Haruzחָר֖וּץcha.RutzH2743of Jotbahיָטְבָֽה׃ya.te.VahH3192.

20And he didוַיַּ֥עַשׂvai.Ya.'asH6213that which wasevilהָרַ֖עha.Ra'H7451in the sightבְּעֵינֵ֣יbe.'ei.NeiH5869of the Lordיְהוָ֑הYah.wehH3068,as his fatherאָבִֽיו׃'a.VivH1Manassehמְנַשֶּׁ֥הme.na.ShehH4519didעָשָׂ֖ה'a.SahH6213.

21And he walkedH3212in all the wayהַדֶּ֖רֶךְha.De.rekhH1870that his fatherאָבִ֑יו'a.VivH1walked inH1980,and servedוַֽיַּעֲבֹ֗דvai.ya.'a.VodH5647the idolsהַגִּלֻּלִים֙ha.gi.lu.LimH1544that his fatherאָבִ֔יו'a.VivH1servedעָבַ֣ד'a.VadH5647,and worshippedוַיִּשְׁתַּ֖חוּvai.yish.Ta.chuH7812them:

22And he forsookוַיַּעֲזֹ֕בvai.ya.'a.ZoH5800the Lordיְהוָ֖הYah.wehH3068Godאֱלֹהֵ֣י'e.lo.HeiH430of his fathersאֲבֹתָ֑יו'a.vo.TavH1,and walkedהָלַ֖ךְha.LakhH1980not in the wayבְּדֶ֥רֶךְbe.De.rekhH1870of the Lordיְהוָֽה׃Yah.wehH3068.

23And the servantsעַבְדֵֽי־'av.dei-H5650of Amonאָמ֖וֹן'a.MonH526conspiredוַיִּקְשְׁר֥וּvai.yik.she.RuH7194against him, and slewוַיָּמִ֥יתוּvai.ya.Mi.tuH4191the kingהַמֶּ֖לֶךְha.Me.lekhH4428in his own houseבְּבֵיתֽוֹ׃be.vei.ToH1004.

24And the peopleעַם־'am-H5971of the landהָאָ֔רֶץha.'A.retzH776slewוַיַּךְ֙vai.yaKhH5221all them that had conspiredהַקֹּשְׁרִ֖יםha.ko.she.RimH7194against kingהַמֶּ֣לֶךְha.Me.lekhH4428Amonאָמ֑וֹן'a.MonH526;and the peopleעַם־'am-H5971of the landהָאָ֛רֶץha.'A.retzH776made Josiahיֹאשִׁיָּ֥הוּyo.shi.Ya.huH2977his sonבְנ֖וֹve.NoH1121kingוַיַּמְלִ֧יכוּvai.yam.Li.khuH4427in his stead.
