Jonah 4:6-9
6So the LORDH3068 GodH430 appointedH4487 a vineH7021,1 and it grew upH5927 to provideH1961 shadeH6738 overH5921 Jonah’sH3124 headH7218 to easeH5337 his discomfortH7451, and JonahH3124H5921 was greatlyH8057H1419 pleasedH8055 with the plantH7021.
7When dawnH7837 cameH5927 the next dayH4283, GodH430 appointedH4487 a wormH8438 that attackedH5221 the plantH7021 so that it witheredH3001.
As the sunH8121 was risingH2224, GodH430 appointedH4487 a scorchingH2759 eastH6921 windH7307, and the sunH8121 beat downH5221 onH5921 Jonah’sH3124 headH7218 so that he grew faintH5968 and wishedH7592 to dieH4191, sayingH559, “It is betterH2896 for me to dieH4194 than to liveH2416.”
9Then GodH430H413 askedH559 JonahH3124, “Have you any rightH3190 to be angryH2734 aboutH5921 the plantH7021?”
“I doH3190,” he repliedH559. “I am angryH2734 enough toH5704 dieH4194!”
