Judges 2:17-20
And yet they hearkened notH3808 unto their judgesH8199, for they wentH1980 a whoring afterH310 otherH312 godsH430, and bowedH7812 themselvesH310 downH7812 unto them: they turnedH5493 asideH5493 quicklyH4118 outH4480 of the wayH1870 whereinH834 their fathersH1 walkedH1980, obeyingH8085 the commandmentsH4687 of the LORDH3068; but they didH6213 notH3808 soH3651.
And when the LORDH3068 raisedH6965 them upH6965 judgesH8199, then the LORDH3068 was with the judgeH8199, and savedH3467 them outH6440 of the handH3027 of their enemiesH341 allH3605 the daysH3117 of the judgeH8199: for it repentedH5162 the LORDH3068 becauseH3588 of their groaningH5009 by reason of them that oppressedH3905 them and vexed them.
But it cameH1961 to passH1961, when the judgeH8199 was deadH4191, that they turnedH7725 backH7725, and dealt moreH3808 corruptlyH7843 thanH3808 their fathersH1, in followingH310 otherH312 godsH430 to serveH5647 them, and to bowH7812 downH7812 unto them; they ceased notH3808 from their doingsH4611, norH3808 from their stubbornH7186 wayH1870.
And the angerH639 of the LORDH3068 was kindledH2734 againstH2734 IsraelH3478; and he saidH559, BecauseH3282 this nationH1471 have transgressed my covenantH1285 whichH834 I commandedH6680 their fathersH1, and have notH3808 hearkened unto my voiceH6963;
