And he saidH559, I am. 12And ManoahH4495 saidH559, NowH6258 letH6258 thy wordsH1697 comeH935 to passH935: whatH4100 shall be the mannerH1697 of the childH5288, and whatH4100 shall be his workH4639? 13And the angelH4397 of the LORDH3068 saidH559 unto ManoahH4495, Of allH3605 that I saidH559 unto the womanH802 let herH3605 bewareH8104. 14SheH834 may notH3808 eatH398 of anyH3605 thingH3605 that cometh of the vineH1612, neitherH3808 letH408 herH3605 drinkH8354 wineH3196 or strongH7941 drinkH8354, norH3808 eatH398 anyH3605 uncleanH2932 thingH3605; allH3605 that I commandedH6680 herH3605 letH408 herH3605 observeH8104. 15And ManoahH4495 saidH559 unto the angelH4397 of the LORDH3068, I prayH4994 thee, letH4994 usH4994 detainH6113 thee, that weH4994 may makeH6213 ready a kid for thee. 16And the angelH4397 of the LORDH3068 saidH559 unto ManoahH4495, ThoughH3588 thou detainH6113 meH413, I will notH3808 eatH398 of thy breadH3899: and ifH518 thou wilt makeH6213 ready a burntH5930 offering, thou mustH518 offerH5927 it ontoH413 the LORDH3068. For ManoahH4495 knewH3045 notH3808 that he was the angelH4397 of the LORDH3068. 17And ManoahH4495 saidH559 unto the angelH4397 of the LORDH3068, WhatH1697 is thy nameH8034, that when thy wordsH1697 comeH935 to passH935 weH3588 may doH4310 thee honour? 18And the angelH4397 of the LORDH3068 saidH559 unto him, Wherefore askest thou afterH8034 my nameH8034, seeing it is wonderfulH6383? 19SoH6213 ManoahH4495 tookH3947 the kid with the mealH4503 offering, and offeredH5927 it uponH5921 the rockH6697 unto the LORDH3068: and the angel didH6213 wondrouslyH6381, and ManoahH4495 and his wifeH802 lookedH7200 on. 20For it cameH1961 to passH1961, when the flameH3851 wentH5927 upH5927 towardH5921 heavenH8064 from offH5921 the altarH4196, that the angelH4397 of the LORDH3068 ascendedH5927 in the flameH3851 of the altarH4196: and ManoahH4495 and his wifeH802 lookedH7200 on; and they fellH5307 on their facesH6440 to the groundH776. 21But the angelH4397 of the LORDH3068 didH3254 noH3808 moreH5750 appearH7200 to ManoahH4495 or to his wifeH802. Then ManoahH4495 knewH3045 that he was the angelH4397 of the LORDH3068. 22And ManoahH4495 saidH559 unto his wifeH802, WeH3588 shall surelyH3588 dieH4191, becauseH3588 weH3588 have seenH7200 GodH430. 23But his wifeH802 saidH559 unto him, IfH3863 the LORDH3068 were pleasedH2654 to killH4191 usH7200, he would notH3808 have receivedH3947 a burntH5930 offering and a mealH4503 offering at our handH3027, neitherH3808 would he have shewed usH7200 allH3605 theseH428 things, norH3808 would at this time have toldH559 usH7200 suchH428 things as theseH428. 24And the womanH802 bare a sonH1121, and calledH7121 his nameH8034 SamsonH8123: and the childH5288 grewH1431, and the LORDH3068 blessedH1288 him. 25And the spiritH7307 of the LORDH3068 beganH2490 to move him in Mahaneh-dan, betweenH996 ZorahH6881 and EshtaolH847.
