Revised Version 1895
Kings 22:19-28
And he saidH559, Therefore hearH8085 thou the wordH1697 of the LORDH3068: I sawH7200 the LORDH3068 sittingH3427 on his throneH3678, and allH3605 the hostH6635 of heavenH8064 standingH5975 by him on his rightH3225 handH3225 and on his leftH8040.
And the LORDH3068 saidH559, Who shall entice AhabH256, that he may goH5927 upH5927 and fallH5307 at Ramoth-gileadH7433? And one saidH559 on this manner; and anotherH2088 saidH559 on that manner.
And there cameH3318 forthH3318 a spiritH7307, and stoodH5975 beforeH6440 the LORDH3068, and saidH559, I will entice him.
And the LORD saidH559 unto him, Wherewith? And he saidH559, I will goH3318 forthH3318, and will be a lyingH8267 spiritH7307 in the mouthH6310 of allH3605 his prophetsH5030. And he saidH559, Thou shalt entice him, and shalt prevailH3201 also: goH3318 forthH3318, and doH6213 soH3651.
NowH6258 therefore, beholdH2009, the LORDH3068 hath putH5414 a lyingH8267 spiritH7307 in the mouthH6310 of allH3605 theseH428 thy prophetsH5030; and the LORDH3068 hath spokenH1696 evilH7451 concerning thee.
Then ZedekiahH6667 the sonH1121 of ChenaanahH3668 cameH5066 nearH5066, and smoteH5221 MicaiahH4321 on the cheekH3895, and saidH559, WhichH2088 wayH2088 wentH5066 the spiritH7307 of the LORDH3068 from meH5921 to speakH1696 unto thee?
And MicaiahH4321 saidH559, BeholdH2005, thou shalt seeH7200 on that dayH3117, when thou shalt goH935 intoH935 an innerH2315 chamberH2315 to hideH2247 thyself.
And the kingH4428 of IsraelH3478 saidH559, TakeH3947 MicaiahH4321, and carryH3947 him backH7725 unto AmonH526 the governorH8269 of the cityH5892, and to JoashH3101 the king’sH4428 sonH1121;
and sayH559, ThusH3541 saith the kingH4428, PutH7760 this fellow in the prisonH3608, and feedH398 him with breadH3899 of affliction and with waterH4325 of affliction, untilH5704 I comeH935 in peaceH7965.
And MicaiahH4321 saidH559, IfH518 thou returnH7725 at allH3605 in peaceH7965, the LORDH3068 hath notH3808 spokenH1696 by meH7725. And he saidH559, HearH8085, ye peoplesH5971, allH3605 of youH518.
