Kings 2:28-31
And the tidingsH8052 cameH935 to JoabH3097: for JoabH3097 had turnedH5186 afterH310 AdonijahH138, thoughH3588 he turnedH5186 notH3808 afterH310 AbsalomH53. And JoabH3097 fledH5127 unto the TentH168 of the LORDH3068, and caughtH2388 holdH2388 on the hornsH7161 of the altarH4196.
And it was toldH5046 kingH4428 SolomonH8010, JoabH3097 is fledH5127 unto the TentH168 of the LORDH3068, and, beholdH2009, he is by the altarH4196. Then SolomonH8010 sentH7971 BenaiahH1141 the sonH1121 of JehoiadaH3077, sayingH559, GoH7971, fallH6293 uponH413 him.
And BenaiahH1141 cameH935 to the TentH168 of the LORDH3068, and saidH559 unto him, ThusH3541 saith the kingH4428, ComeH935 forthH3318. And he saidH559, Nay; but I will dieH4191 hereH6311. And BenaiahH1141 broughtH935 the kingH4428 wordH1697 againH7725, sayingH559, ThusH3541 saidH559 JoabH3097, and thusH3541 he answeredH559 meH413.
And the kingH4428 saidH559 unto him, DoH6213 as he hath saidH559, and fallH6293 uponH5921 him, and buryH6912 him; that thou mayest takeH5493 awayH5493 the bloodH1818, whichH834 JoabH3097 shedH8210 withoutH2600 causeH2600, from meH5921 and from my father’sH1 houseH1004.
