Revised Version 1895
Kings 13:24-28
And when he was goneH1961, a lionH738 metH4672 him by the wayH1870, and slew him: and his carcase was castH7993 in the wayH1870, and the ass stoodH5975 by it; the lionH738 also stoodH5975 by the carcase.
And, beholdH2009, menH376 passedH5674 by, and sawH7200 the carcase castH7993 in the wayH1870, and the lionH738 standingH5975 by the carcase: and they cameH935 and toldH1696 it in the cityH5892 whereH834 the oldH2205 prophetH5030 dweltH3427.
And when the prophetH5030 that broughtH7725 him backH7725 from the wayH1870 heardH8085 thereof, he saidH559, It is the manH376 of GodH430, who was disobedientH4784 unto the mouthH6310 of the LORDH3068: therefore the LORDH3068 hath deliveredH5414 him unto the lionH738, whichH834 hath tornH7665 him, and slain him, accordingH6310 to the wordH1697 of the LORDH3068, whichH834 he spake unto him.
And he spake to his sonsH1121, sayingH559, SaddleH2280 meH413 the ass. And they saddledH2280 it.
And he went and foundH4672 his carcase castH7993 in the wayH1870, and the ass and the lionH738 standingH5975 by the carcase: the lionH738 had notH3808 eatenH398 the carcase, norH3808 tornH7665 the ass.
