Context of Mark 5:34
32But he kept on looking around to see who had done it. 33Then the frightened woman, trembling at the realization of what had happened to her, came and fell to her knees in front of him and told him what she had done. And he said to her, “Daughter, your faith has made you well. Go in peace. Your suffering is over.” 35While he was still speaking to her, messengers arrived from the home of Jairus, the leader of the synagogue. They told him, “Your daughter is dead. There’s no use troubling the Teacher now.” 36But Jesus overheard them and said to Jairus, “Don’t be afraid. Just have faith.”

- Matthew Henry Concise Commentary · v. 21-34Verses 21-34 A despised gospel will go where it will be better received. - Jamieson–Fausset–Brown Commentary · v. 3434. And he said unto her, Daughter--"be of good comfort" (Lu 8:48). thy faith hath made thee whole; go in peace, and be whole of thy plague--Though healed as soon as she believed, it seemed to her a stolen cure--she feared to acknowledge it. Jesus therefore sets His royal seal upon it. But what a glorious dismissal from the lips of Him who is "our Peace" is that, "Go in peace!"
