Zechariah 9:11-17
11As for you also, because of the 1blood of My covenant with you, I have set your 2prisoners free from the 3waterless pit.12Return to the 45stronghold, O prisoners 6who have the 7hope; This very day I am declaring that I will restore 8double to you.13For I will 9bend Judah 10as My bow, I will fill the bow with Ephraim. And I will stir up your sons, O Zion, against your sons, O 11Greece; And I will make you like a 12warrior’s sword.14Then the Lord will appear 13over them, And His 14arrow will go forth like lightning; And the Lord 15God will blow the 16trumpet, And will march in the 17storm winds of the south.1518The Lord of hosts will defend them. And they will 19devour and trample on the 20sling stones; And they will drink and be 21boisterous as with wine; And they will be filled like a sacrificial basin, Drenched like the 22corners of the altar.16And the Lord their God will 23save them in that day As the flock of His people; For they are as the stones of a 24crown, 25Sparkling in His land.17For what 2627comeliness and 28beauty will be 29theirs! Grain will make the young men flourish, and new wine the virgins.
