Titus 2:6-14
6Likewise urge 1the young men to be 2sensible; 7in all things show yourself to be 3an example of good deeds, with 4purity in doctrine, dignified, 8sound in speech which is beyond reproach, so 5that the opponent will be put to shame, having nothing bad to say about us.
9Urge 6bondslaves to be subject to their own masters in everything, to be well-pleasing, not 7argumentative, 10not pilfering, but showing all good faith so that they will adorn the doctrine of 8God our Savior in every respect.
11For the grace of God has 9appeared, 1011bringing salvation to all men, 1212instructing us to deny ungodliness and 13worldly desires and 14to live sensibly, righteously and godly 15in the present age, 13looking for the blessed hope and the 16appearing of the glory of 1718our great God and Savior, Christ Jesus, 14who 19gave Himself for us 20to redeem us from every lawless deed, and to 21purify for Himself a 22people for His own possession, 23zealous for good deeds.
