Nahum 1:3-5

3The Lord is 1slow to anger and great in power, And the Lord will by no means leave the guilty unpunished. In 2whirlwind and storm is His way, And 3clouds are the dust beneath His feet.4He 4rebukes the sea and makes it dry; He dries up all the rivers. 5Bashan and Carmel wither; The blossoms of Lebanon wither.5Mountains 6quake because of Him And the hills 7dissolve; Indeed the earth is 8upheaved by His presence, The 9world and all the inhabitants in it.
