Micah 7:2-4

2The 1godly person has 2perished from the land, And there is no upright person among men. All of them lie in wait for 3bloodshed; Each of them hunts the other with a 4net.3Concerning evil, both hands do it 5well. The prince asks, also the judge, for a 6bribe, And a great man speaks the desire of his soul; So they weave it together.4The best of them is like a 7briar, The most upright like a 8thorn hedge. The day when you post your watchmen, Your 9punishment will come. Then their 10confusion will occur.
