Malachi 2:6-8
612True instruction was in his mouth and unrighteousness was not found on his lips; he walked 3with Me in peace and uprightness, and he 4turned many back from iniquity.
7For the lips of a priest should preserve 5knowledge, and 6men should 7seek 8instruction from his mouth; for he is the 9messenger of the Lord of hosts.
8But as for you, you have turned aside from the way; you have caused many to 10stumble 11by the instruction; you have 1213corrupted the covenant of Levi,” says the Lord of hosts.
