Lamentations 3:43-48
43You have covered Yourself with 1anger And 2pursued us; You have slain and 3have not spared.44You have 4covered Yourself with a cloud So that 5no prayer can pass through.45You have made us mere 6offscouring and refuse In the midst of the peoples.46All our enemies have 7opened their mouths against us.478Panic and pitfall have befallen us, Devastation and destruction;48My 910eyes run down with streams of water Because of the destruction of the daughter of my people.
