John 17:9-17
91I ask on their behalf; 2I do not ask on behalf of the world, but of those whom 3You have given Me; for 4they are Yours;
10and 5all things that are Mine are Yours, and Yours are Mine; and I have been glorified in them.
11I am no longer in the world; and yet 6they themselves are in the world, and 7I come to You. 8Holy Father, keep them in Your name, the name 9which You have given Me, that 10they may be one even as We are.
12While I was with them, I was keeping them in Your name 11which You have given Me; and I guarded them and 12not one of them perished but 13the 14son of perdition, so that the 15Scripture would be fulfilled.
13But now 16I come to You; and 17these things I speak in the world so that they may have My 18joy made full in themselves.
14I have given them Your word; and 19the world has hated them, because 20they are not of the world, even as I am not of the world.
15I do not ask You to take them out of the world, but to keep them 21from 2223the evil one.
1624They are not of the world, even as I am not of the world.
