Job 15:28-35
28He has 1lived in desolate cities, In houses no one would inhabit, Which are destined to become 2ruins.29He 3will not become rich, nor will his wealth endure; And his grain will not bend down to the ground.30He will 4not 5escape from darkness; The 6flame will wither his shoots, And by 7the breath of His mouth he will go away.31Let him not 8trust in emptiness, deceiving himself; For emptiness will be his 9reward.32It will be accomplished 10before his time, And his palm 11branch will not be green.33He will drop off his unripe grape like the vine, And will 12cast off his flower like the olive tree.34For the company of 13the godless is barren, And fire consumes 14the tents of 15the corrupt.35They 16conceive 17mischief and bring forth iniquity, And their 18mind prepares deception.”
