Hosea 2:10-14
10And then I will 1uncover her lewdness In the sight of her lovers, And no one will rescue her out of My hand.11I will also 2put an end to all her gaiety, Her 3feasts, her 4new moons, her sabbaths And all her festal assemblies.12I will 5destroy her vines and fig trees, Of which she said, ‘These are my wages Which my lovers have given me.’ And I will 6make them a forest, And the 7beasts of the field will devour them.13I will punish her for the 8days of the Baals When she used to 910offer sacrifices to them And 11adorn herself with her 12earrings and jewelry, And follow her lovers, so that she 13forgot Me,” declares the Lord.
14“Therefore, behold, I will allure her, 14Bring her into the wilderness And speak 15kindly to her.
