Genesis 6:6-9
61The Lord was sorry that He had made man on the earth, and He was 2grieved 3in His heart. 7The Lord said, “4I will blot out man whom I have created from the face of the land, from man to animals to creeping things and to birds of the 5sky; for 6I am sorry that I have made them.” 8But 7Noah 8found favor in the eyes of the Lord.
9These are the records of the generations of Noah. Noah was a 9righteous man, 1011blameless in his 12time; Noah 13walked with God.
