Genesis 47:15-17
15When the money was all spent in the land of Egypt and in the land of Canaan, all the Egyptians came to Joseph 1and said, “Give us 2food, for 3why should we die in your presence? For our money 4is gone.”
16Then Joseph said, “Give up your livestock, and I will give you food for your livestock, since your money 5is gone.”
17So they brought their livestock to Joseph, and Joseph gave them 6food in exchange for the horses and the 7flocks and the herds and the donkeys; and he 8fed them with 9food in exchange for all their livestock 10that year.
