17These are the years of the life of Ishmael, 1one hundred and thirty-seven years; and he breathed his last and died, and was 2gathered to his people. 18They 3settled from 4Havilah to 5Shur which is 6east of Egypt 7as one goes toward Assyria; 8he 9settled in defiance of all his 10relatives.
