Ezekiel 26:16-18
16Then all the princes of the sea will 1go down from their thrones, remove their robes and strip off their embroidered garments. They will 2clothe themselves with 3trembling; they will sit on the ground, 4tremble every moment and be appalled at you. 17They will take up a 5lamentation over you and say to you, ‘6How you have perished, O inhabited one, From the seas, O renowned city, Which was 7mighty on the sea, She and her inhabitants, Who 8imposed 9her terror On all her inhabitants!18Now the 10coastlands will tremble On the day of your fall; Yes, the coastlands which are by the sea Will be terrified at your 11passing.’”
