Ezekiel 11:19-25

19And I will 1give them one heart, and put a new spirit within 2them. And I will take the 3heart of stone out of their flesh and give them a 4heart of flesh, 20that they may 5walk in My statutes and keep My ordinances and do them. Then they will be 6My people, and I shall be their God. 21 7But as for those whose hearts go after their 8detestable things and abominations, I will 9bring their conduct down on their heads,” declares the Lord God.

22Then the cherubim 10lifted up their wings with the wheels beside them, and 11the glory of the God of Israel 12hovered over them. 23The 13glory of the Lord went up from the midst of the city and 14stood over the mountain which is east of the city. 24And the 15Spirit lifted me up and brought me in a vision by the Spirit of God to the exiles 16in Chaldea. So the vision that I had seen 17 18left me. 25Then I 19told the exiles all the things that the Lord had shown me.
