Deuteronomy 30:8-14

8And you shall again 1obey the Lord, and observe all His commandments which I command you today. 9 2Then the Lord your God will 3prosper you abundantly in all the work of your hand, in the 4offspring of your 5body and in the 6offspring of your cattle and in the 7produce of your ground, for 8the Lord will again rejoice over you for good, just as He rejoiced over your fathers; 10 9if you 10obey the Lord your God to keep His commandments and His statutes which 11are written in this book of the law, 12if you turn to the Lord your God 13with all your heart and soul.

11“For this commandment which I command you today is not too difficult for you, nor is it 14out of reach. 12It is not in heaven, 15that you should say, ‘16Who will go up to heaven for us to get it for us and make us hear it, that we may observe it?’ 13Nor is it beyond the sea, 17that you should say, ‘Who will cross the sea for us to get it for us and make us hear it, that we may observe it?’ 14But the word is very near you, in your mouth and in your heart, that you may observe it.
