Colossians 2:18-23
18Let no one keep 12defrauding you of your prize by 3delighting in 4self-abasement and the worship of the angels, 5taking his stand on visions he has seen, 67inflated without cause by his 8fleshly mind, 19and not holding fast to 9the head, from whom 10the entire body, being supplied and held together by the joints and 11ligaments, grows with a growth 12which is from God.
2013If you have died with Christ 14to the 15elementary principles of the world, 16why, as if you were living in the world, do you submit yourself to 17decrees, such as, 21“Do not handle, do not taste, do not touch!” 22(which all refer 18to things destined to perish 19with use)--in accordance with the 20commandments and teachings of men? 23These are matters which have, to be sure, the 21appearance of wisdom in 2223self-made religion and self-abasement and 24severe treatment of the body, but are of no value against 25fleshly indulgence.
