Amos 2:12-16
12“But you made the Nazirites drink wine, And you commanded the prophets saying, ‘You 1shall not prophesy!’13Behold, I am 23weighted down beneath you As a wagon 4is weighted down when filled with sheaves.1456Flight will perish from the swift, And the stalwart will not strengthen his power, Nor the 7mighty man save his 8life.15He who 9grasps the bow will not stand his ground, The swift of foot will not escape, Nor will he who rides the 10horse save his 11life.16Even the 12bravest among the warriors will 13flee naked in that day,” declares the Lord.
