Acts 2:42-47

42They were 1continually devoting themselves to the apostles’ teaching and to fellowship, to 2the breaking of bread and 34to prayer.

435Everyone kept feeling a sense of awe; and many 6wonders and 7signs were taking place through the apostles. 44And all those who had believed 8were together and 9had all things in common; 45and they 10began selling their property and possessions and were sharing them with all, as anyone might have need. 4611Day by day continuing with one mind in the temple, and 12breaking bread 13from house to house, they were taking their 14meals together with gladness and 15sincerity of heart, 47praising God and 16having favor with all the people. And the Lord 17was adding 18to their number day by day 19those who were being saved.
