2 Kings 14:5-7
5Now it came about, as soon as the kingdom was firmly in his hand, that he 12killed his servants who had slain the king his father. 6But the sons of the 3slayers he did not put to death, according to what is written in the book of the Law of Moses, as the Lord commanded, saying, “4The fathers shall not be put to death for the sons, nor the sons be put to death for the fathers; but 5each shall be put to death for his own sin.”
7He 6killed of Edom in 7the Valley of Salt 10,000 and took 8Sela by war, and named it 9Joktheel to this day.
