1 John 3:17-22
17But 1whoever has the world’s goods, and sees his brother in need and 2closes his 3heart 4against him, 5how does the love of God abide in him? 186Little children, let us not love with word or with tongue, but in deed and 7truth. 19We will know by this that we are 8of the truth, and will 9assure our heart before Him 2010in whatever our heart condemns us; for God is greater than our heart and knows all things. 2111Beloved, if our heart does not condemn us, we have 12confidence 13before God; 22and 14whatever we ask we receive from Him, because we 15keep His commandments and do 16the things that are pleasing in His sight.
