1 Corinthians 4:4-5
4For I 1am conscious of nothing against myself, yet I am not by this 2acquitted; but the one who examines me is the Lord. 5Therefore 3do not go on 4passing judgment before 5the time, but wait 6until the Lord comes who will both 7bring to light the things hidden in the darkness and disclose the motives of men’s hearts; and then each man’s 8praise will come to him from God.
