1 Corinthians 1:25-29

25Because the 1foolishness of God is wiser than men, and 2the weakness of God is stronger than men.

26For 3consider your 4calling, brethren, that there were 5not many wise according to 6the flesh, not many mighty, not many noble; 27but 7God has chosen the foolish things of 8the world to shame the wise, and God has chosen the weak things of 9the world to shame the things which are strong, 28and the base things of 10the world and the despised God has chosen, 11the things that are not, so that He may 12nullify the things that are, 29so that 13no 14man may boast before God.
