1Then Joshuaיְהוֹשֻׁ֔עַye.ho.Shu.a'H3091calledיִקְרָ֣אyik.Ra'H7121the Reubenitesלָרֽאוּבֵנִ֖יlo.r.'u.ve.NiH7206,and the Gaditesוְלַגָּדִ֑יve.la.ga.DiH1425,and the halfוְלַחֲצִ֖יve.la.cha.TziH2677tribeמַטֵּ֥הma.TehH4294of Manassehמְנַשֶּֽׁה׃me.na.ShehH4519,

2And saidוַיֹּ֣אמֶרvai.Yo.merH559unto them, Ye have keptשְׁמַרְתֶּ֔םshe.mar.TemH8104all that Mosesמֹשֶׁ֖הmo.ShehH4872the servantעֶ֣בֶד'E.vedH5650of the Lordיְהוָ֑הYah.wehH3068commandedצִוָּ֣הtzi.VahH6680you, and have obeyedוַתִּשְׁמְע֣וּva.tish.me.'UH8085my voiceבְקוֹלִ֔יve.ko.LiH6963in all that I commandedצִוִּ֖יתִיtzi.Vi.tiH6680you:

3Ye have not leftעֲזַבְתֶּ֣ם'a.zav.TemH5800your brethrenאֲחֵיכֶ֗ם'a.chei.KhemH251these manyרַבִּ֔יםra.BimH7227daysיָמִ֣יםya.MimH3117unto this dayהַיּ֣וֹםhai.YomH3117,but have keptוּשְׁמַרְתֶּ֕םu.she.mar.TemH8104the chargeמִשְׁמֶ֕רֶתmish.Me.retH4931of the commandmentמִצְוַ֖תmitz.VatH4687of the Lordיְהוָ֥הYah.wehH3068your Godאֱלֹהֵיכֶֽם׃'e.lo.hei.KhemH430.

4And now the Lordיְהוָ֤הYah.wehH3068your Godאֱלֹֽהֵיכֶם֙'e.lo.hei.KhemH430hath given restהֵנִ֨יחַhe.Ni.achH5117unto your brethrenלַֽאֲחֵיכֶ֔םla.'a.chei.KhemH251,as he promisedדִּבֶּ֣רdi.BerH1696them: therefore now returnפְּנוּ֩pe.NuH6437ye, and getH3212you unto your tentsלְאָהֳלֵיכֶ֗םle.'o.ho.lei.KhemH168, andunto the landאֶ֙רֶץ֙'e.retzH776of your possessionאֲחֻזַּתְכֶ֔ם'a.chu.zat.KhemH272,which Mosesמֹשֶׁה֙mo.ShehH4872the servantעֶ֣בֶד'E.vedH5650of the Lordיְהוָ֔הYah.wehH3068gaveנָתַ֣ןna.TanH5414you on the other sideבְּעֵ֖בֶרbe.'E.verH5676Jordanהַיַּרְדֵּֽן׃hai.yar.DenH3383.

5But take diligentמְאֹ֗דme.'OdH3966heedשִׁמְר֣וּshim.RuH8104to doלַעֲשׂ֨וֹתla.'a.SotH6213the commandmentהַמִּצְוָ֣הha.mitz.VahH4687and the lawהַתּוֹרָה֮ha.to.RahH8451,which Mosesמֹשֶׁ֣הmo.ShehH4872the servantעֶֽבֶד־'e.ved-H5650of the Lordיְהוָה֒Yah.wehH3068chargedצִוָּ֣הtzi.VahH6680you, to loveלְ֠אַהֲבָהLe.'a.ha.vahH157the Lordיְהוָ֨הYah.wehH3068your Godאֱלֹֽהֵיכֶ֜ם'e.lo.hei.KhemH430,and to walkH3212in all his waysדְּרָכָ֛יוde.ra.KhavH1870,and to keepוְלִשְׁמֹ֥רve.lish.MorH8104his commandmentsמִצְוֹתָ֖יוmitz.vo.TavH4687,and to cleaveוּלְדָבְקָה־u.le.da.ve.kah-H1692unto him, and to serveוּלְעָבְד֕וֹu.le.'a.ve.DoH5647him with all your heartלְבַבְכֶ֖םle.vav.KhemH3824and with all your soulנַפְשְׁכֶֽם׃naf.she.KhemH5315.

6So Joshuaיְהוֹשֻׁ֑עַye.ho.Shu.a'H3091blessedוַֽיְבָרְכֵ֖םvay.va.re.KhemH1288them, and sent them awayוַֽיְשַׁלְּחֵ֔םvay.sha.le.ChemH7971:and they wentH3212unto their tentsאָהֳלֵיהֶֽם׃ ס'o.ho.lei.HemH168.

7Now to the onehalfוְלַחֲצִ֣י׀ve.la.cha.TziH2677of the tribeשֵׁ֣בֶטShe.vetH7626of Manassehהַֽמְנַשֶּׁ֗הham.na.ShehH4519Mosesמֹשֶׁה֮mo.ShehH4872had givenנָתַ֣ןna.TanH5414possessionin Bashanבַּבָּשָׁן֒ba.ba.ShanH1316: but unto the otherhalfוּלְחֶצְי֗וֹu.le.chetz.YoH2677thereof gaveנָתַ֤ןna.TanH5414Joshuaיְהוֹשֻׁ֙עַ֙ye.ho.Shu.a'H3091amongעִם־'im-H5973their brethrenאֲחֵיהֶ֔ם'a.chei.HemH251on this sideבְּעֵ֥בֶרbe.'e.verH5676Jordanהַיַּרְדֵּ֖ןhai.yar.DenH3383westwardיָ֑מָּהYa.mahH3220.And when Joshuaיְהוֹשֻׁ֛עַye.ho.Shu.a'H3091sent them awayשִׁלְּחָ֧םshi.le.ChamH7971also unto their tentsאָהֳלֵיהֶ֖ם'o.ho.lei.HemH168,then he blessedוַיְבָרֲכֵֽם׃vay.va.ra.KhemH1288them,

8And he spakeוַיֹּ֨אמֶרvai.Yo.merH559unto them, sayingלֵאמֹ֗רle.MorH559,Returnשׁ֤וּבוּShu.vuH7725with muchרַבִּ֜יםra.BimH7227richesבִּנְכָסִ֨יםbin.kha.SimH5233unto your tentsאָֽהֳלֵיכֶם֙'o.ho.lei.KhemH168,and with veryמְאֹ֔דme.'OdH3966muchרַב־rav-H7227cattleוּבְמִקְנֶ֣הu.ve.mik.NehH4735,with silverבְּכֶ֨סֶףbe.Khe.sefH3701,and with goldוּבְזָהָ֜בu.ve.za.HavH2091,and with brassוּבִנְחֹ֧שֶׁתu.vin.Cho.shetH5178,and with ironוּבְבַרְזֶ֛לu.ve.var.ZelH1270,and with veryמְאֹ֑דme.'OdH3966muchהַרְבֵּ֣הhar.BehH7235raimentוּבִשְׂלָמ֖וֹתu.vis.la.MotH8008:divideחִלְק֥וּchil.KuH2505the spoilשְׁלַל־she.lal-H7998of your enemiesאֹיְבֵיכֶ֖ם'o.ye.vei.KhemH341with your brethrenאֲחֵיכֶֽם׃ פ'a.chei.KhemH251.

9And the childrenבְּנֵי־be.nei-H1121of Reubenרְאוּבֵ֨ןre.'u.VenH7205and the childrenוּבְנֵי־u.ve.nei-H1121of Gadגָ֜דgadH1410and the halfוַחֲצִ֣י׀va.cha.TziH2677tribeשֵׁ֣בֶטShe.vetH7626of Manassehהַֽמְנַשֶּׁ֗הham.na.ShehH4519returnedוַיָּשֻׁ֣בוּvai.ya.Shu.vuH7725,and departedH3212from the childrenבְּנֵ֣יbe.NeiH1121of Israelיִשְׂרָאֵ֔לYis.ra.'ElH3478out of Shilohמִשִּׁלֹ֖הmi.shi.LohH7887, which isin the landבְּאֶֽרֶץ־be.'e.retz-H776of Canaanכְּנָ֑עַןke.Na.'anH3667,to goH3212unto the countryאֶ֣רֶץ'E.retzH776of Gileadהַגִּלְעָ֗דha.gil.'AdH1568,to the landאֶ֤רֶץ'E.retzH776of their possessionאֲחֻזָּתָם֙'a.chu.za.TamH272,whereof they were possessedנֹֽאחֲזוּ־no.cha.zu-H270,according to the wordפִּ֥יpiH6310of the Lordיְהוָ֖הYah.wehH3068by the handבְּיַד־be.yad-H3027of Mosesמֹשֶֽׁה׃mo.ShehH4872.
